1. Shipping and Delivery Conditions
All physical products are shipped through national and international Postal Services. Please note the following delivery conditions:
- No Guaranteed Door-to-Door Delivery: Depending on your local postal service’s policies in the USA, UK, Germany, and other Global Countries direct home delivery may not always be available.
- Post Office Collection: In many cases, you may be required to collect your parcel from your nearest local post office. Your local postal service will typically leave a notice if collection is required.
- Unclaimed Parcels & Intentional Non-Receipt: If a product is returned to us because it was intentionally refused, unclaimed, or not collected from the local post office within the designated timeframe, no refund will be issued. Customers are solely responsible for tracking their orders and collecting them promptly.
2. Delivery Timelines and Unforeseen Delays
International shipping is subject to various logistical factors. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions regarding delivery timelines:
- Standard Air Parcel (Default Method): Under normal circumstances, all orders are shipped via Air Parcel. The standard estimated delivery time for air shipments is between 15 to 45 days, depending on custom clearance and local postal processing in the destination country.
- Alternative Sea Freight (Fallback Method): In rare instances where air freight services are suspended, unavailable, or heavily restricted, orders will be dispatched via sea freight to ensure delivery. Please be aware that sea freight requires significantly extended transit times, and delivery can take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year.
- Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Circumstances): Deliveries may be indefinitely delayed due to circumstances entirely beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of war, global pandemics, international conflicts, or severe customs clearance backlog.
- No Refunds for Delays: We strictly do not issue refunds due to delayed deliveries. Once an order has been shipped, the transit time is out of our control. A refund claim based solely on the length of the delivery time (whether via Air or Sea) will be denied.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and VAT
Since our products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import regulations in your respective country.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and Value Added Tax (VAT) levied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
- Unpaid Customs & Returns: We do not cover these additional charges. If a parcel is returned to us because the customer refused or failed to pay the required customs fees, taxes, or VAT, no refund will be issued for the order.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive an item that is broken, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following strict condition:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a wrong, broken, or damaged product, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.
- The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the shipping label, and highlighting the damage or incorrect item without any cuts or edits.
- No Video, No Refund: If an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video does not clearly show the package being opened from its original sealed state, your refund claim will be automatically denied.
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you meet the criteria for a return (e.g., damaged/wrong item with a valid unboxing video), please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Note: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing Time
We process payments exclusively through Stripe and PayPal. To ensure thorough inspection and secure financial routing, our refund process follows an extended timeline:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (PayPal or the credit/debit card used via Stripe).
- Maximum Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 to 45 business days for the refund to be fully processed by our team and for your bank, Stripe, or PayPal to officially post the refund to your account.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Parcels returned due to customer refusal, unpaid customs/VAT, or failure to pick up from the post office.
- Items delayed in transit due to standard delivery times, alternative sea freight timelines, natural disasters, or war.
- Items claimed to be damaged or incorrect without a valid unboxing video.
- Digital products or downloadable resources.
